This smooth mead with its pleasant aroma is the perfect combination of sweet honey and the taste of walnuts. Traditional, honest mead from Nivnice. Elisa has been produced according to an original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the best Czech honeys using a cold process to preserve all the important substances in the honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep, air-conditioned cellars. Its base is honey and water treated with Control System technology. A blend of herbs and spices then gives the mead its unmistakable flavour.

- A slice of lemon can be added to both cold and warm mead
