An IP44 rating protects the cable from splashing water, making it suitable for outdoor use. Integrated child safety shutters in the sockets provide extra safety.

Durable design and safe use

The EMOS rubber extension lead is designed with durability and safety in mind. Its rubber insulation and H05RR-F3G conductor with a 1.5mm² cross-section are ideal for more demanding conditions in both the workshop and the garden. A key feature is the IP44 rating, which protects against water splashes from all directions and the ingress of solid objects over 1mm in diameter. This lets you use the cable outdoors with confidence. The two sockets feature child safety shutters to prevent the insertion of foreign objects, increasing safety in households with children. The cable handles a maximum load of 3680W at 16A.
