Method of use
Enterosgel is an oral suspension indicated for the symptomatic treatment of acute diarrheal diseases and irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D). Enterosgel is an oral intestinal adsorbent (enterosorbent) based on an organic mineral with adsorption capacity against certain toxic and harmful substances in the intestine (e.g. endotoxins, enterotoxins), which physically binds to its surface, reducing the frequency of defecation and the duration of diarrhoea. Enterosgel leaves the body with the stool, thereby removing adsorbed toxins and harmful substances, which can have a beneficial effect in the treatment of the indicated conditions. Enterosgel relieves diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloating and urge to defecate in patients with IBS-D.
How Enterosgel is taken:
Take the required dose of Enterosgel after the first loose stool. Take Enterosgel at least 2 hours before or after taking oral medication. Take Enterosgel at least 1-2 hours before or after a meal.
