The internal metal gears and powerful 1500W motor can handle even demanding tasks. With continuous speed control, you can adjust the mixing or whisking speed to suit specific ingredients, and the planetary mixing system ensures the entire contents of the bowl are evenly incorporated. The ETA Gratus Evo Vario 1028 90080 maintains its set speed even under heavy load and also features a PULSE function for short bursts of maximum speed. The robust all-metal construction ensures stability during operation and a long appliance life.
Designed in the Czech Republic
In addition to the performance and functionality of the ETA Gratus Evo food processors, we also take great care with their design. This model was created from a design by Czech designer Zdeněk Veverka, who has designed some of ETA's blenders, irons and the traditional Pečenka electric roasting pot.
A large bowl for family baking
The 5.5L stainless steel bowl offers plenty of space for preparing even larger quantities of ingredients at once. This makes it easy to prepare up to 2.5kg of dough for homemade bread or enough cream for a large birthday cake. An integrated light is located in the body of the processor, shining directly into the bowl to give you a better view throughout the preparation process.

The ETA Gratus Evo Vario food processor offers a wide range of uses thanks to its high-quality attachments and thoughtful accessories. It can do the work of several appliances in the kitchen.
- Mixing – for thoroughly mixing light batters for cakes or pancakes, use the mixing beater, which combines all the ingredients to create a smooth, lump-free mixture.
- Whisking – the whisk features an extended working part to whip ingredients throughout the entire bowl. You can adjust the height of the attachment to whisk even small quantities, such as the white of a single egg.
- Blending – for preparing creams, icings, and delicate batters, use the Flexi beater, whose shape scrapes the sides of the bowl more effectively and ensures all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Kneading – the dough hook makes preparing dough for bread, pizza, or sweet bread effortless.
- Liquidising – prepare fruit or vegetable smoothies, cream soups, sauces and refreshing cocktails in an instant.
- Grating and chopping attachment ETA102895010 – enables fast, high-quality processing of ingredients at speeds of up to 1400 rpm. It includes four stainless steel disc graters with six functions (2× double-sided) for grating, slicing and shredding, complemented by a stainless steel chopping blade. The large 1300ml container provides plenty of space for convenient processing.
- Meat mincer with accessories ETA102891000: minces meat to various coarseness levels, includes attachments for stuffing sausages (19mm), making Kebbe meat tubes (30mm), and also an attachment for pressed biscuits with a choice of different shapes.

Safety first
The ETA Gratus Evo Vario 1028 90080 is equipped with a tilting arm safety system that makes it easy to change the beaters and dough hook, while also enabling comfortable handling thanks to the locking mechanism. The appliance is also protected by a safety lock against unintentional start-up in the tilted position, so the processor will not start unless it is properly ready for operation. If overloaded, a thermal fuse is activated to protect the motor from damage. Stability during operation is also ensured by non-slip feet, which keep the processor firmly on the worktop even at higher speeds.
