EVERCON antenna amplifier AM-838 5G without power supply

Antenna amplifier AM-838 5G is designed for construction of new or renovation of older antenna systems for family houses and guest houses up to 10 TV. The main advantage is the high sensitivity - it can handle signals from 26 dBuV. Its 2 UHF inputs are ideal for reception from 2 different directions, covering most of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The high gain of the amplifier core of 40 dB ensures sufficient signal for up to 10 TVs even with longer coaxial cable runs. It is equipped with 2 gain controllers ranging from 20 to 40 dB to set the ideal ratio of the signal from individual antennas even in different polarization, i.e. one antenna can receive vertical polarization and the other horizontal, which is especially appreciated by users on the Czech-Slovak border. The 12V DC supply voltage switches for any preamplifiers in the antennas are independent for both UHF inputs. When used with conventional passive antennas, the switches are in the OFF position. The power supply of the amplifier via coaxial cable is ideal for situations where there is no 230 V socket in the attic, where it is advisable to place the amplifier as close as possible to the antennas, the power supply can be placed near one of the TVs at a distance of up to 40 metres from the amplifier.
