Anyone familiar with ZMA knows why this combo has a solid place in the fitness community. However, you will often see compromises in conventional products: poorly utilized forms of minerals, "leachable" magnesium and insufficient amounts of active substances. - L-seleno-methionine - an amino acid form of selenium for maximum utilization.

Magnesium Bisglycinate, capsules (gelatin, iron oxide dye, polishing agent shellac), Aquamin® Mg TG 12% (magnesium hydroxide of marine origin), anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids; zinc bisglycinate, L-seleno-methionine, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Recommended dosage
Take 2 capsules daily, ideally with dinner. Can also be divided into 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening. Drink plenty of fluids.
