This panel isn't just for aesthetics; it helps keep the hood clean and also dampens noise. The hood offers three speed levels, an intensive extraction function, and a filter saturation indicator. You can control all functions with the low-profile buttons. The LED lighting perfectly distributes light across the entire cooking zone with a pleasant intensity and very low consumption.

Perimeter aspiration and heat recovery system
Air is drawn in through a slot around the perimeter of the cover panel. The concentrated airflow moves much faster, pulling in steam from the wider area around the suction zone. You'll especially appreciate perimeter aspiration on fully integrated hoods, which never completely cover the entire cooking zone. The quiet and powerful EVO ventilation unit reliably gets rid of all cooking fumes and odours with low energy consumption. A unique feature is the option to adapt the hood for direct connection to a heat recovery system. The hood is supplied without a motor and is equipped with an additional grease filter to capture the finest grease particles.
Remote Blower system
Another interesting option is to relocate the cooker hood's motor outside the kitchen. The REMOTE BLOWER system allows you to convert the hood into a motorless version and use the original motor to create an external EVJ ventilation unit, which can be placed in a pantry, utility room, or loft. It can also be connected to an external MISTRAL motor on the facade. In these cases, the technical parameters of the hood are identical to those of the selected external ventilation unit. In all scenarios, all hood functions are retained, operation becomes silent, and if directly connected to a heat recovery system, the house can be certified as passive.
