Excellent design and great hood functions

Faber Steelmax looks fantastic and thanks to the curved white glass panel, it does not interfere with cooking. It is equipped with a modern EVO ventilation unit that provides a robust output performance of up to 640 m3/h when choosing from three levels. Moreover, in the case of special cooking needs, you can use the ingenious Intensive Speed feature where the power is activated for a maximum of 6 minutes. Other features of the Faber Steelmax include, for example, the end-of-cooking feature, which leaves the hood in operation and shuts down after a certain period of time, resulting in the perfect removal of all residual vapours.

A great advantage of this model is the ability to connect to a heat recovery system where it captures up to 90% of the heat in the winter months, which would have escaped. It combines the award-winning advantage of the hood with the extraction and recirculation operation.

Easy to operate Faber Steelmax

The perfect illumination of the hob area is ensured by the 2 halogen lamps and the comfort of the hood operation is ensured by the touch control. In addition to the vapour extraction system, the extractor also offers recirculation (a kit is required) possibilities which, with the aid of a quality filter, captures grease, steam and unwanted smell directly inside the hood and returns clean air to the room.
