Oral Probiotic
Contains the probiotic culture Streptococcus salivarius K12, which forms the BLIS peptides salivaricin A2 and salivaricin B (bacteriocins), and vitamin D. The Streptococcus salivarius K12 bacterium can occupy strategic positions in the oral cavity, nasopharynx and middle ear, and can displace undesirable species. Studies show that Bactoral is able to colonise the upper respiratory tract as early as 3 days after the first dose and can still be detected 32 days after discontinuation. Vitamin D contributes to the proper function of the immune system.
When should you take Bactoral with Vitamin D?
- Whenever you need to replenish the friendly oral microbiome in your oral cavity, nasopharynx or middle ear
- After finishing a course of antibiotics, to restore and stabilise the oral microbiome
- Whenever you need to boost your immunity

Dosage
1 tablet daily, allow to dissolve slowly in the mouth. It is best to take the supplement just before bedtime. Do not eat or drink after taking the tablet. For a faster onset of effect, you can take 2 tablets a day (1 in the morning, 1 in the evening, always after a meal).
Recommendation
We always recommend using the entire pack. You can then stop taking it for about a month and repeat the course. Before the start of the winter season and during the winter (October–March), Bactoral can be taken long-term at a dose of 1 tablet per day without interruption.
Warning
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage:
Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature up to 25°C. Improper storage may lead to a decrease in the number of live probiotic bacteria.
