Recommended dosage and warnings for use:
Recommended dosage
1 capsule daily during the day, preferably in the evening, with sufficient liquid. We recommend long-term administration, at least 3 months. Especially during the pollen season April - June.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended for children under 3 years of age.
