Having a sufficient amount of these is reflected in the appearance and beauty of your skin. The product also contains vitamin C, zinc and copper. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin, gums, blood vessels, bones and teeth. Zinc and copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Thanks to these properties, they support a youthful appearance of the skin, and copper also contributes to normal skin pigmentation.

Ingredients
Hydrolyzed Collagen, Gelatin, Sodium Hyaluronate, L-Ascorbic Acid, Equisetum Arvense Extract, Anti-caking agent: Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, Copper Gluconate. In the recommended daily dose of 2 capsules: Hydrolyzed collagen 460mg, sodium hyaluronate 60mg, vitamin C 30mg – 38% RI, horsetail extract 25mg, zinc 7mg – 70% RI, copper 1mg – 100% RI. (RI = daily reference intake)
Recommended dosage
Adults take 1 capsule 2× a day (morning and evening).
