The Fibaro magnetic sensor is mainly used for windows and doors, but it is also capable of protecting your skylights, exterior security doors, garage doors and security doors. Fibaro is also equipped with a temperature sensor, thanks to which you can constantly check the temperature and turn the heating on or off. The aforementioned encryption is used for protection and the Z-Wave/ Z-Wave+ compatibility allows extensive use to customise the building to your liking. There are also settings for alerts about the weather or a certain temperature in the building.

Set up your Fibaro sensor to your liking

Since the magnetic sensor is constantly connected to the wireless network, it will be able to inform you about things that we forget in our daily lives. If you attach the sensor to a security gate at a staircase, for example, Fibaro will let you know that the gate has been open for a long time or has been opened incorrectly. In case you are not in the building, it will let you know about anything bad via your phone or smartwatch. If you activate the weather function, the Fibaro 2 white sensor will alert you that rain is approaching and your windows are still open.

Module as compact as can be

The new version of the window and door module is even smaller and more sophisticated than the previous one. It is the smallest magnetic sensor of its kind on the market and undoubtedly the smallest in design. This will make it almost unrecognizable on your doors or windows. Thanks to several colour variations, you don't even have to worry about matching the shade to the surface.

It will keep expenses to a minimum

You eliminate the risk of high energy bills due to unnecessary heating or cooling of rooms. Integrated temperature sensor extends the possibilities of intelligent temperature control. For example, FIBARO can turn off the heating when you are ventilating and more precisely regulate the heating based on information from multiple sensors in the room.

Mount it anywhere

The module is very easy to install thanks to the fact that it is the smallest element of this type available on the market (70.8 × 17.7 × 17.6 mm). Take it out of the box, activate it and stick it in place (double-sided tape is sufficient). Thanks to its low power consumption, the battery lasts for two years and provides advance warning of low power. You can also always see the current battery status in the app. Sensor installation takes less than 3 minutes. Just press the service button and select the add device option in the app. It can also handle subsequent updates wirelessly.
