When consuming alcohol, it effectively breaks down the substances that cause hangovers and will naturally promote the cleansing of the body. You will also appreciate its antioxidant effects. Acetaldehyde, the main cause of hangovers, is produced from ethanol. Dihydromyricetin (DHM) has been studied for its effect on hangovers, L-cysteine with vitamin B1 replenish important substances for the body. Milk thistle contributes to normal liver function. Zinc, together with selenium and cysteine, contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It is the immune changes that studies show contribute significantly to hangovers. Prickly pear helps maintain immune balance and zinc and selenium contribute to normal immune system function.

Recommended dosage
With the first drink 1-2 capsules. With the last drink 2 capsules. 3-4 capsules per evening. For proper dissolution and absorption, drink at least a glass of water. We recommend interspersing alcohol with non-alcohol. Get at least 7 hours of sleep. Have a sweet breakfast.
