Active Ingredients
- Myo-inositol - A B-group vitamin that occurs naturally in the human body.
- Folic acid - Plays an important role in the cell division process. It also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and has a positive effect on mental function. Folic acid intake is recommended as it contributes to the normal function of the immune system and also to normal blood formation.
- Selenium - Supports normal spermatogenesis. It also contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Vitamin E - Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended Dosage
The recommended daily dose is one sachet, unless your doctor decides otherwise. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 200ml of water and drink. Folandrol can be taken at any time of the day. The optimal period of use is at least 2–3 months.
