This food container with a tap consists of a steel outer shell with a powder-coated finish, available in RAL colours, and an inner stainless steel liner made from polished, food-grade and health-safe stainless steel sheet. The space between the two layers provides thermal insulation. At an ambient temperature of 20°C, the temperature of transported food will not drop from 90°C to below 65°C within 3 hours. The lid, which hermetically seals the container with a rubber seal, is fitted with an air-release valve.
