The pan does not contain any synthetic non-stick coating. A natural non-stick layer is created through gradual seasoning, which forms a protective patina on the surface. This improves with each use, making frying easier while also protecting the material from corrosion. This makes the pan 100% free of PFAS and other chemical non-stick substances.
