This red wine has an intense, clear and bright cherry-red colour with ruby highlights. The nose combines elegant aromas of ripe black fruit, particularly blackberries and plums, complemented by notes of cocoa, vanilla and a subtle hint of toast from barrel ageing. The palate is broad on entry, with firm yet rounded tannins thanks to the ageing process. It has a silky texture with notes of fruit compote and sweet spices. The finish is long and persistent with a mineral aftertaste that underscores the character of the Canary Islands' volcanic soil.

1. Kvašený hroznový mošt (100% odrůda Tintilla)
Víno je vyrobeno výhradně z jediné, vysoce ceněné lokální odrůdy:
- Odrůda: 100% Tintilla (v jiných částech světa známá také pod názvy Graciano nebo Trousseau).
- Charakteristika: Hrozny pocházejí z extrémně vysoko položených sopečných vinic (nad 1200 m n. m.) na ostrově Gran Canaria. Odrůda dává vínu hlubokou třešňově červenou barvu, pevnou tříslovinu a specifické aroma černého ovoce, pepře a koření.
2. Alkohol a zbytkový cukr
- Etanol (alkohol): 13,5 % obj. (Tento obsah alkoholu vzniká plným prokvašením přírodních cukrů obsažených v hroznech).
- Zbytkový cukr: Víno je suché (obsahuje minimální množství zbytkového cukru, obvykle do 2 g/l).
3. Vliv zrání v sudech (Dřevěný extrakt)
Víno leželo 4 měsíce v sudech z amerického dubu. Během této doby do složení vína přirozeně přešly mikročástice ze dřeva (tzv. dubové taniny), které chuťově obohacují strukturu a dodávají jemné tóny kakaa, vanilky, kávy a jemného toastování.
4. Alergeny a konzervační látky
- Oxid siřičitý (siřičitany): Ano. Jedná se o jedinou zákonem povinně uváděnou složku. Siřičitany chrání víno před oxidací a zajišťují jeho stabilitu během zrání v sudech i následně v lahvi.
