Fujitsu 4GB DDR3 1333 MHz ECC Registered

Powerful and reliable server memory module of type DDR3 ECC Registered with the capacity of 4 gigabytes It is designed for high-performance systems, servers and multiprocessor computers. This memory is primarily intended primarily to powerful servers Fujitsu Primergy TX150 S7 and RX100 S6. It is tested for the most demanding applications, making it ideal for critical applications and critical servers. Memory has two separately addressable areas (memory rank), ie Dual Rank.
Technology ECC checks transparently and in real time integrity of data stored in memory. It is able to detect and correct an error in a single bit error and detect two bits. Some memory controllers can in cooperation with ECC memory repair the errors of greater magnitude. Most server board requires ECC memory support.
Registered memory are equipped with a controller that controls access to individual memory modules and facilitates the work and memory controller on the motherboard or processor. Memory outwardly behaves as a single module - register the chip - which is responsible for writing and reading of individual memory cells, and control passes to the outcome of these operations. This increases the efficiency of memory access and the processing speed even when more memory modules simultaneously. Some server boards require registered memory.
