Galmed Galverde 3 mg 24 lozenges

Galverde contains the medicinal substance benzydamine, which has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects. Galverde is intended to relieve pain and irritation in the oral cavity and throat (pain, redness, swelling). It is intended for adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age.

Dosage and method of use

Always use this medicine exactly as directed in the package insert or by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are unsure, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Oral administration. Allow the lozenge to dissolve slowly in your mouth. Do not swallow or bite the lozenges. The recommended dosage of the product for adults and children from 6 years of age is 1 lozenge 3 times a day. Do not use more than 3 lozenges per day. Do not use Galverde for more than 7 days. If you do not feel better within 3 days, or if you get worse, or have a high fever, severe pain or other symptoms, see a doctor. Children aged 6 to 11 years should be administered under adult supervision.

Contraindications

Do not use Galverde if you are allergic to the medicine or to any other ingredient in this medicine.

Notice

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using Galverde. If you have or have had bronchial asthma or allergic disease. If you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), as you may be at increased risk of developing hypersensitivity to benzidamine. If you have, or have had in the past, a liver disorder. If you do not feel better within 3 days or if you get worse, if you develop fever or other symptoms, you must consult a doctor.

Storage

Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. This product does not require any special storage conditions. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box for Use by: and a blister pack for EXP. The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.

Ingredients

One lozenge contains benzydamini hydrochloridum 3.0 mg (equivalent to benzydamini 2.68 mg). Contains isomalt, aspartate (E951), citric acid monohydrate, quinoline yellow (E 104), lemon aroma, peppermint essential oil.
