Hericium, also known as "coral hedgehog" or "lion's mane", is prized for its unique appearance and traditional use in Asian culture. The fruiting body contains valuable polysaccharides and erinacins - natural substances produced during the growth of the fungus.

Recommended dosage
1-2 capsules per day, ideally in the morning.
