Another amino acid, L-cysteine, is also important for keratin structure. Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6 and B7 support energy metabolism, vitamin B2 supports the normal function of the skin and mucous membranes and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B6 contributes to the formation of cysteine. Biotin contributes to the normal condition of hair, skin and mucous membranes. Field horsetail extract contains natural silicon. Green barley sprouts are a rich natural source of vitamins and minerals. The product does not contain genetically modified raw materials or titanium dioxide.
