A premium liver support product utilizing the latest science on how to improve the bioavailability of silymarin to support liver function. The main components of the product are phospholipid phosphatidylcholine, a set of natural substances silymarin and a physical complex of silymarin with β-cyclodextrin. Phospholipids form the basic structure of the cell membranes of all cells in the body, including hepatocytes, cells of the liver parenchyma.
Better absorption of silymarin due to complex with β-cyclodextrin
They form double layers in the membrane, necessary for the separation of the internal environment of the cell from the external environment, for the anchoring of membrane proteins, transport of substances, integrity and flexibility of the membrane. Silymarin is a blend of natural substances derived from Milk Thistle with antioxidant effects, supporting liver function, digestion and detoxification. Unfortunately, the substances contained in silymarin are very poorly dissolved in aqueous media (including the small intestine), which limits their absorption and bioavailability. The physical complex of silymarin and β-cyclodextrin, contained in the product Phospholipids+ Silymarin Complex Galmed, increases the solubility of silymarin in the aqueous environment several times and thus improves its availability in the body.

Recommended dosage
Normal dosage 1 capsule per day, with intensive liver support the dose can be increased to 2 capsules per day.
