Psyllium BIO-Indian soluble fiber:

Recommended dosage
1-2 teaspoons (2.5-5 g) of Psyllium stir in the morning, if necessary. in the evening in 250 ml of water (can be flavored) and drink thoroughly with another cup of liquid - water, herbal tea, fruit juice, etc. It is best taken fasting at least 30 minutes before meals.
