Hades - Nintendo Switch
The action roguelike Hades is a dream come true for those who are looking for a dynamic combat system, a huge number of skill combinations, high replayability, and a good story based on ancient myths. Except for a few quirks, this is a great game for both fans of the genre and newcomers alike. (Alza Gaming)
Defy the gods and hack and slash your way through the hack and slash roguelike Hades, brought to you by the creators of Bastion and Transistor.
As Prince Zagreus, son of the god Hades, you seek to break free from your daddy's influence while making yourself stronger to get out of hell.
Unleash the Wrath of Olympus
The divine inhabitants of the famous mountain have your back. Meet Zeus, Athena, Poseidon and many others and gain their favor, which will enhance your abilities. Combine different skills and create literally thousands of effective combat setups.
It's Good to Have Friends
Meet a variety of memorable, fully voiced characters. Develop relationships with them and experience a number of unique story events that let you learn what this big dysfunctional family is really all about.
Nothing Is Impossible
Permanent upgrades also mean that you don't have to have godlike skills yourself to enjoy an engaging story full of exciting battles. But if you're feeling up to it, you can hit the gas on the game's difficulty and experience action that'll really get your adrenaline pumping.
The guardians of the shape-shifting underworld will remember every encounter, ensuring that things will never get boring. You can also look forward to fun surprises.
Use the powerful Mirror of Night artifact, which adds points to your permanent boost (which you won't lose upon death) to give you an advantage the next time you try to escape the underworld.
Supergiant's Iconic Visuals
The rich, atmospheric presentation and unique blend of gameplay and narrative that has always been at the core of Supergiant's titles is here in full force: gorgeous hand-painted environments and an original soundtrack truly bring the entire Underworld to life.
