Wireless connection
The wireless controller connects to your target device via Bluetooth technology. If your gaming PC doesn't have this interface, the included USB-A Bluetooth receiver provides a stable connection. The integrated battery keeps the gamepad running for 12 hours without needing a cable. Charging is done via the USB-C interface on the top of the controller using the supplied USB cable. This cable can also be used for a wired connection to your PC.
Menu access
The design features three dedicated buttons that instantly bring up menus in the Steam interface. This function simplifies navigation, especially when viewing in Big Picture mode. This means gamers don't have to navigate complex game menus using standard controls. All Steam system settings are immediately available at the press of these buttons, saving time during gameplay.
Controls
The controller has analogue sticks with a capacitive touch sensor that respond to the mere touch of a finger. You can map specific in-game actions to these sticks, which are activated without a physical press. The controller body weighs only 180g, making it easy to hold during long gaming sessions. Its anatomical shape contributes to a firm grip with both hands.
Gyroscope and button programming
The integrated gyroscope senses the controller's movements in space and translates them into the game for precise aiming or turning. On the back, there are two programmable buttons and two function buttons for custom configuration. Users can assign any keyboard shortcuts directly to these rear switches. This expands the possibilities in complex simulators and speeds up reactions in gaming situations.
Wired XInput mode
The device also supports a classic wired connection to a PC with Windows 10 or Windows 11. In this mode, the controller operates with the XInput protocol, which provides compatibility with most game titles. A wired connection requires using the included USB cable plugged into a computer port. The XInput protocol is not supported in wireless mode.
