Buttons and controls

On the top edge of the controller are two shoulder buttons with a short travel distance and a mechanical clicky switch. These switches react instantly to presses without any unwanted delay and provide clear tactile feedback when activated. This gives the user precise control over game actions that require quick reactions.
Precise directional pad
The directional pad has been redesigned to make movement in all axes easier. This cross-shaped D-pad has a short travel distance with a quick response to every press. The design helps to accurately sense position in fast-paced action scenes and classic retro titles. The shape of the directional pad prevents accidental slips and makes it easier to perform more complex movement combinations smoothly.
Compatibility
The device works with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems and also supports macOS and Linux. The controller connects directly to The Spectrum retro consoles and THE400, THEC64, VIC20 or THEA500 retro computers without needing to install any additional software or drivers. The 1.8m connecting cable is terminated with a standard USB-A connector for easy connection to a wide range of gaming platforms and personal computers.
Ergonomics and design
The appearance of the plastic body is a direct reference to the colour scheme of the classic ZX Spectrum computer from the 1980s. The balanced weight of the entire game controller prevents wrist fatigue during long gaming sessions and contributes to better stability in your hands. The matte plastic surface provides a firm grip without your palms slipping and improves control over the game. The physical dimensions are 100 × 150 × 80mm and meet standard ergonomic requirements.
