Modular gamepad system
The controller offers a modular design with three interchangeable modules and eleven components. The package includes four analogue sticks with different thumbstick caps, three different D-pads, and four gate restrictors. The left module can be rotated 180° to swap the position of the analogue stick and the D-pad. The interchangeable components allow you to customise the controller for specific game genres, such as fighting games or first-person shooters.
Contactless Hall Effect sensor technology
The sticks and triggers use magnetic Hall Effect sensors, which eliminate mechanical wear and prevent unwanted drift. The triggers feature a patented five-stop system for adjusting travel distance, including a low-resistance mode for instant activation. Hall Effect sensors register position without mechanical contact for the entire lifespan of the controller.
Fight module for the game controller
For fighting games, there's a separate six-button Fightpad module that replaces the standard right side with the action buttons. The module uses low-travel Kailh microswitches for a fast response when inputting combos. The six-button layout makes controls in PC fighting games faster and easier. On the front of the controller, you'll find a precise touchpad that can emulate mouse controls for both system navigation and in-game use. The four programmable back buttons can be mapped not only to gamepad functions but also to keyboard and mouse inputs, expanding your control options on Windows PCs and the Steam Deck.
Wireless and wired connection
The controller connects to your gaming device wirelessly via a 2.4GHz USB adapter, which maintains low-latency transmission. The alternative is a three-metre braided USB-C cable, which handles both power and data transfer for tournament play. The built-in 2000mAh battery keeps the device running for up to 20 hours on a single charge.
Configuration software for PC
You can adjust the audio volume directly on the gamepad. Use the function button and the D-pad, which also lets you mute your microphone. Your settings can be saved to user profiles, and you can switch between them quickly right on the controller. The free Victrix Control Hub companion app for Windows 10 and Windows 11 provides detailed configuration for all controller elements. In the user interface, you can remap buttons, calibrate the analogue sticks, and set trigger dead zones. The app also lets you adjust the audio equaliser, run diagnostics, and update the firmware for the built-in 500MHz dual-core processor.
