Compared to its predecessor, it has a smaller frame size and a 44% larger display, so you can view much more information at once. The battery life has also increased - it now lasts up to 16 hours with the GPS turned on and up to 5 weeks in watch mode. The Forerunner 230 HR Premium is also equipped with multi-sport profiles - for cycling, running, and more.

The watch will then tell you when to accelerate, slow down, and how long to run at a particular intensity.
