Garmin HRM 600 XS-S

The Garmin HRM 600 chest strap is ideal for performance athletes. It accurately measures your heart rate, which you can monitor along with heart rate variability and running dynamics. It sends the measured data to compatible Garmin watches and Edge cycle computers, compatible fitness equipment, the Tacx Training app, and more. The running dynamics data helps you improve your running fitness. It provides information on vertical oscillation, ground contact time balance, and step speed loss, which tells you how much you are slowing down on footstrike. During activities where a watch gets in the way, the chest strap records data such as heart rate, calories burned, speed, distance, and more, which then synchronises with Garmin Connect.
