Garrett Reel Cover 9 × 12"

The Garrett plastic cover is designed for a 9×12" search coil. The cover serves as protection of the search coil from mechanical damage and external environmental influences. It is made with a cut-out between the centre and the front of the moulding. Its shape directly follows the shape of the search coil. The cap can be used for everyday searches. Once fitted, it becomes an integral part of the search head and is not recommended to be removed again. It is ideal for ACE and AT series metal detectors. In the case of the type series for ACE, it also serves as a "shield" and prevents the formation of electrostatic charge on the underside of the search coil, thus significantly increasing the quality of the search.
