One tablet contains 4,500 ALU – Acid Lactase Units of the enzyme lactase. The lactase enzyme improves lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose. Lactase (β-galactosidase) is an enzyme that breaks down milk sugar – lactose – into simple carbohydrates, D-glucose and D-galactose, which, unlike lactose, are directly digestible. Dosage

Take 1 tablet with water before or during a meal containing lactose. If necessary, you can take 2 tablets depending on the amount of lactose in the meal or your lactose tolerance. Do not exceed 8 tablets per day.
