Giffard White Chocolate Syrup brings the rich taste of white chocolate, which was created in Switzerland in the 1930s as a way to use up surplus cocoa butter. This syrup captures the creamy, milky and vanilla softness, complemented by a slightly caramelised note that gives drinks a dessert-like and smooth character. It has a light amber colour with a subtle pink hue, a scent of milk, vanilla and white chocolate, and a flavour that is rich, sweet and creamy, with a delicate caramel finish. Made from 100% pure beet sugar sourced from French sugar beets from the north of France, it guarantees natural sweetness and a clean taste profile.
