The GIGABYTE Z890 AORUS PRO ICE motherboard is designed for the latest Intel® Core™ Ultra (Series 2) processors. Its 16+1+2 phase power solution and 90A Smart Power Stage provide stable power even under heavy loads. The combination of an 8-layer low-loss PCB, two copper layers, and high-quality components ensures high efficiency and long life. The motherboard offers five M.2 slots, including one PCIe 5.0 ×4, four SATA connectors, and a dual THUNDERBOLT™ 4 Type-C interface with DP-Alt support. Network connectivity is provided by a 5GbE LAN and Wi-Fi 7 with a high-gain antenna. The mechanically reinforced PCIe UD Slot X and Ultra Durable PCIe Armor provide increased strength and stability, even when powerful graphics cards are installed.

D5 Bionic Corsa technology ensures extreme memory throughput and greater stability when overclocking.
Advanced cooling and reliable construction
The comprehensive cooling system includes VRM Thermal Armor Advanced with massive heatsinks, a Superior Heatpipe, and a thermal pad with 7W/mK conductivity. The M.2 Thermal Guard L cover keeps drive temperatures low. The active DDR Wind Blade cooling reduces memory temperatures by up to 10°C. The Smart Fan 6 system enables detailed control of fans and water pumps based on current temperatures.
