The Gigaset DESK 400 corded telephone makes calling and receiving calls easy and straightforward. Four direct dial buttons and ten speed dial numbers provide a quick connection to important contacts. The phone offers a choice of 3 ringtone melodies and volume levels to alert you to incoming calls, or you can turn the ringer off completely for silent operation. The earpiece volume can be adjusted in 2 steps. You can write down names for specific numbers on the included paper insert. The redial function is used to quickly call the last number again. Thanks to its certification according to the European standard ITU-T P.370, it allows users with induction-capable hearing aids to make calls without interference. The Gigaset DESK 400 can be used as a desk or wall-mounted phone. For wall mounting, it is simply attached with two screws.

By pressing the mute button, you can prevent the other party from hearing the ongoing conversation.
