Highly absorbable magnesium (magnesium citrate) with B vitamin complex in effervescent tablets with grapefruit and blood orange flavour. Fully soluble, leaves no residue. In case of increased physical or mental stress, also in case of symptoms of fatigue and exhaustion.

Magnesium Citrate, citric acid (preservative), sodium bicarbonate (acidity regulator), mannitol (filler), macrogol 6000 (anti-caking agent), red orange aroma, aroma grep, sucralose (sweetener), pyridoxine hydrochloride Rocoat, thiamine mononitrate Rocoat, cyanocobalamin. Recommended dosage
1 tablet daily dissolved in 200 ml of water. Dissolve the tablet in a glass of water (200 ml at room temperature) and drink.
