Chlorella is a valuable source of biologically active substances, antioxidants and chlorophyll. Chlorella (Chlorella pyrenoidosa) in the GOODIE dietary supplement has disintegrated or disrupted cellular bonds, which guarantees high absorption especially of vitamin B12, amino acids and omega-3 fatty acids. Thanks to the gentle drying method, the maximum quantity and quality of micronutrients is guaranteed, chlorella comes from organic farming. It promotes overall body cleansing, immunity, vitality, energy, normal digestion and liver function. It is a rich source of chlorophyll: 2347 mg/100 g, which occurs as a natural dye in living plants. In addition to its antioxidant properties, it contributes to hemoglobin production and red blood cell quality. Hemoglobin carries oxygen from the lungs to the tissues. Recommended dosage:
8 - 12 tablets per day. Chew or swallow whole with water 2 - 3 times a day, ideally in the morning. It is recommended to take chlorella together with spirulina. Chlorella is taken in the morning on an empty stomach, spirulina should be consumed with food. If you are taking it together with young barley, consume chlorella after the young barley.

Warning:
A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women.
