Magnesium bisglycinate completes the formula, offering a chelated form of magnesium with excellent bioavailability. Liposomal technology protects the active ingredients during digestion and boosts their utilisation in the body, enhancing the overall efficacy of each component. The liposomes enclosing the active ingredients in this product consist of phospholipids similar to those naturally found in human cell membranes. Recommended dosage
