Goodie Organic Raw Avocado Oil, 100ml

Goodie BIO RAW avocado oil is a 100% pure oil obtained by gentle cold-pressing of the fruit of the avocado tree (Persea Gratissima), organically grown in South Africa. It penetrates deep into the layers of the skin, intensely hydrating it and helping to reduce transepidermal water loss. Its natural composition, rich in antioxidants, beta-carotene, vitamins E, C and D, lecithin, squalene, phytosterols and other active ingredients, supports skin and hair nutrition, physiological cell renewal and collagen metabolism. Goodie BIO RAW avocado oil also creates a protective barrier with a natural UV factor of 2–4. It is hypoallergenic and particularly suitable for dry and sensitive skin. How to use:
When caring for your skin, first cleanse and gently dampen it, for example, with a floral water or toner. Then apply a small amount of Goodie oil to the skin on your face or body using circular motions and massage it in gently. Repeat this application 1–2× a day.
When caring for your hair, first warm the oil slightly in your palms. Then gently rub it into your scalp and along the entire length of your hair, leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
In the kitchen, use the oil to dress salads, prepare dressings or in other recipes where it can replace coconut or olive oil.
