Recommended dosage
The recommended dosage of drops is the same as for 5% CBD oil = 1 drop 1 time a day = 2 mg of CBD. The fruit-flavoured drops should be placed under the tongue, waited 60 seconds and then swallowed. It is ideal to take it at least 30 minutes apart between meals. If you are taking other medications, we recommend that you allow at least 20 minutes between taking the medication and CBD drops, ideally consulting your GP about drug-CBD interactions.
