Food supplement GREEN IDEA Lecithin GMO free Memory, concentration, cholesterol contains lecithin, which is a mixture of phospholipids derived from soybeans. Lecithin is essential for healthy mental and physical growth. Lecithin is part of every human cell and is involved in vital processes. Lecithin is found in high concentrations in the brain, liver, heart, muscles and nerve fibres. It contains a high proportion of linoleic acid, which helps maintain proper cholesterol levels.
