Iceland lichen (Cetraria islandica) contains a number of active substances that have a significant effect (lichenin, isolichelin, iodine). Lichen is recommended for normal upper respiratory tract function. The high proportion of bitters stimulates the appetite. Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Recommended dosage:
