GREEN IDEA Milk thistle - leafless tincture

Milk thistle contains a large number of active substances (especially silymarin), which have been successfully used as a means of supporting the normal functioning of liver tissue and digestion. Protects cells and tissues from oxidative stress. It helps maintain normal heart function and contributes to normal blood sugar levels. Helps detoxification. Supports natural defences.

Content of active ingredients in 1 dose (1-2 ml) / daily dose (3 times a day)

Recommended dosage

3 times a day 15-30 drops. The tincture can be added to a cold drink. Follow a 4 week administration cycle and 1 week discontinue.

Storage

Keep dry at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or in freezing conditions.

Notice

Dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not suitable for children under three years of age, pregnant and nursing mothers. Keep out of reach of children! It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
