It is a biologically active herbal mixture rich in Vitamin C and a variety of other active substances (vitamins, minerals and others). The natural origin of the complex significantly increases the absorption and availability. Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of normal immune system function, even during and after intense physical exercise. Vitamin C helps to reduce the rate of fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin C contributes to the normal production of collagen for normal bone and cartilage function, and for normal blood vessel function. Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal mental activity. It contributes to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the skin, teeth and gums.

What does "RHP" mean?
The RHP refers to the amount of vitamins or minerals that a person should take in a day to meet their basic nutritional requirements and to avoid deficiency of these substances. This value replaced the recommended daily allowance (RDA)

1-2 capsules per day.
