Reishi, or smart mushroom, which is also often called the Divine Mushroom of Immortality, is a shiny mushroom. Its aerial part is rich in a variety of active substances, of which 1.5% is beta-glucan. Reishi supports the natural immunity and normal functions of the circulatory system (heart, blood vessels). Stimulates the body during exhaustion. Supports normal cholesterol levels in the blood. It is one of the cornerstones of traditional Chinese medicine.
Active ingredients in 1 capsule/daily dose (1-2 capsules):
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) standardized extract 450 mg/450-900 mg
Recommended dosage:
Take 1-2 capsules daily. 5 days a week to take and 2 days off. Take on an empty stomach, with sufficient water. During the period of taking Reishi, it is recommended to increase the intake of vitamin C.
Storage:
Store dry at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or in freezing conditions.
Note:
Dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not suitable for children under three years of age, pregnant and nursing mothers. Keep out of reach of children! It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
