The RHP refers to the amount of vitamins or minerals that a person should take in a day to meet their basic nutritional requirements and to avoid deficiency of these substances. This value replaced the recommended daily allowance (RDA)
Recommended dosage
15 - 30 drops 2 times a day. The tincture can be added to a cold drink.
