Lecithin is the body's own substance and is an important part of every cell in the human body. It is sometimes referred to as "brain food". Lecithin is found in many foods of plant and animal origin - liver, egg yolks, soybeans and various nuts. GS MEGA Lecithin contains a potent dose of 1325 mg of non-GMO soy lecithin. Its high absorbability is ensured by soft gelatin capsules.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule daily, during or after meals.
Ingredients
Soy lecithin, capsule packaging (gelatin, glycerol, purified water, sorbitol), carrier (esterified soybean oil).
