Active ingredients
- Inositol is a substance naturally occurring in the human body. Man partly creates it himself and partly covers his needs from the external environment. It is sometimes referred to as vitamin B9. It is an important component of cell membranes and is involved in the exchange of information between cells.
- Zinc is one of the important microelements because it is a component of more than three hundred different enzymes and has a variety of biochemical functions in the body. For this reason, it is of great importance for the maintenance of fertility and reproductive capacity.
- Iodine supports the activity of the thyroid gland, which is crucial for many metabolic processes that take place in the human body. One of them is the ability to get pregnant. Adequate iodine intake is particularly important in the period before pregnancy and during pregnancy.
- Magnesium contributes to reducing the feeling of fatigue and exhaustion. It is involved in the proper function of muscles and in the normal course of metabolic processes.
- Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal course of metabolic processes and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. They also have a positive effect on mental activity.
