Guardini Gardenia 24cm Fluted

The round Guardini Gardenia baking tin, with a 24cm diameter, is designed for baking cakes. It is made from Hi-Top steel, which ensures even heat distribution. The tin's surface features a two-layer non-stick coating that makes it easy to release the finished sponge and simplifies cleaning afterwards. The tin can withstand temperatures up to 230°C, making it suitable for a wide range of recipes. Its 0.29mm material thickness makes it easy to handle.

Hi-Top steel and even baking

The tin is made from Hi-Top steel, which conducts heat well. This promotes even baking of the batter throughout its entire volume, from the centre to the edges. The material has a thickness of 0.29mm. The tin is designed for use in the oven at a maximum temperature of 230°C, which covers most common recipes for cakes and other baked desserts.

Two-layer non-stick surface

The inside of the tin is coated with a two-layer non-stick surface with anti-adhesive properties. This finish prevents the batter from sticking during baking, even when using a minimal amount of fat. As a result, you can easily release the baked cake without damaging its shape. Cleaning the tin is also simpler, as no baked-on residue is left on the surface.

Coil Coating technology

Coil Coating technology is used to create the non-stick layer. This process involves applying and curing the non-stick coating onto the steel strip before the tin itself is pressed from it. The result is a very uniform and smooth layer across the entire inner surface. This helps the coating adhere better to the steel base.

The tin is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
