Guardini Gardenia 28cm

The Gardenia 28cm cake tin is designed for baking cake bases. It's made from Hi-Top steel, which conducts heat well and withstands temperatures up to 230°C. The double-layer non-stick surface makes it easy to turn out the finished cake and simplifies cleaning. The materials and technology used ensure an even bake.

Hi-Top steel for even baking

The tin is made from Hi-Top steel, which is an excellent heat conductor. The 0.29mm material thickness helps the batter to bake evenly across the entire surface. The tin is designed for use in the oven at a maximum temperature of 230°C. It is manufactured in Italy.

Double-layer non-stick surface

To make turning out your cake and cleaning up effortless, the tin has a double-layer non-stick surface. This is applied to the steel base using Coil Coating technology, which prevents the batter from sticking to the sides. To preserve the surface's properties for as long as possible, the manufacturer does not recommend washing the tin in a dishwasher.
