Durable material and non-stick finish

The base of the tin is 0.35mm thick Hi-Top steel, which conducts heat evenly across the entire surface. The material is ECCS (Electrolytic Chromium Coated Steel). The surface is treated with a double-layer non-stick coating, applied using COIL COATING technology to achieve a homogenous layer. This makes the baked base easy to turn out and simplifies cleaning. The surface is also resistant to scratches from everyday use.

Design and practical use

The Guardini Gardenia Fiorella tart tin has a fluted edge that gives your desserts a look straight from an Italian patisserie. This decorative floral edge is ideal for baking fruit tarts, Linzer doughs, crostatas, or tartlets. You can use the tin in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 230°C. To maintain the properties of the non-stick surface, hand washing is recommended; the product is not suitable for the dishwasher.
